Granulit & Working Dog deliver a stunning Enthalpy EP

Last April we had an interview with German based artist Granulit. We had a nice talk about his short career thus far and what to expect in the near future. We’ve know him since the start of Tanzgemeinschaft as he was there with us from the early beginning with a mix and an artist profile. We know he is a hard working and versatile youngster trying to adapt in the world of electronic music. He is doing a pretty nice job so far with a well deserved release on the Underyourskin sublabel Black Hills recording. A sublime release that was and still is.

In the interview Granulit mentioned he was working on new material together with Amsterdam based “Working Dog”. And now it’s here, unsigned, but free for all to download. It’s great material to use for all who are fan of the darker side of deep and tech house. 3 tracks on their joint effort called “Enthalpy” EP. Granulit takes care of the opening track “Unfold”, Working dog’s track is called “Displace” and the work they made together is called “Enthalpy”.

“Unfold” takes you on a on a dark missions. A heavy mood with dark resonating piano keys over muted kicks and a hypnotic synth loop will create a great dancefloor dynamic. “Displace” feels Eastern with a happy setting sun mood. A bit melancholic but with a very nice vibe. It rides like a long wave. “Enthalphy” builds up slowly towards a climax. A fantastic track for the middle of your set! This is a dance floor detonator making a crowd go wild!
