DJ Tabu in the mix
Next up in our Tanzcast series comes DJ Tabu. Hailing from Trinidad and growing up in Brooklyn New York, Tasha (DJ Tabu) recalls always being deeply impressed by music. Must be an awesome feeling.
Working her way around she has been spinning and curation music for over a decade already! Her inspiration comes from digging crates with 45’s of her uncle back in the days. Tasha’s carreer as DJ Tabu started back in 2001 with great passion.
Tasha plays in festivals around the globe and is currently the host of a daily internet radio session for 808 Soundlab entitled 808 Worldbeats which is heard in over 70 countries and is also featured weekly on Eurobeat Radio in Europe.
But most importantly, she made us a mix of great class. A blend of different style, creating a vibe and atmosphere in which it’s hard to stand still.
