Melodic Deep brings Ministers of Melody, Boss Axis to Amsterdam for a one-off free event!

This October, Amsterdam plays host to the largest electronic dance conference in the world. On Friday 19th, Melodic Deep will be hosting a free event at De Ebeling in the centre of Amsterdam headlined by Germany’s Boss Axis. As their first official “Melodic Deep Invites”, providing support will be a selection of artists signed to a number of leading underground labels: 1980 Recordings, Frequenza Records and ASTIR recordings.

► Boss Axis (Parquet, Great Stuff, Black Hole)
Titled “Ministers of Melody”, this German DJ/Producer duo is iconic for the Melodic TechnThe leadere. Their sound is characterised by warmth and harmony, and their attention to detail is impressive. Global travellers, there are regulars at Tomorrowland, OFFSonar, Tresor a,nd ADE.

► Nihil Young (Frequenza)
Leader of Frequenza Records, Nihil Young surely is a roleplayer. His recent hit “Align” hit the charts hard and reeled in a good 1 million streams on Spotify alone! On top of that he is curator and resident DJ at TheDeepRoom.

► Dan McKie DJ/Producer (1980)
With over 160 releases on his 10 year running label, 1980 Recordings, head honcho Dan McKie is top of the line. His own productions are charted and played by A-listers such as Carl Cox and many more outstanding names. Expect a journey of house through time from this mad man!

► Talal b2b Real Gone Kid (ASTIR)
Label head for his own ASTIR recordings, plus A&R for Marshall Jefferson’s Freakin 909, Real Gone Kid is one of the most dedicated players in the game. With him is labelmate Talal who recently embarked on a whirlwind tour of Southeast Asia with great success.

► David Di Sabato (IT) b2b Kerem Tekinalp (Melodic Deep)
Co-founder of Melodic Deep and Burn resident David Di Sabato is a ball of positive energy. Teaming up with David we have fellow Burn resident and Berlinist boss, Kerem Tekinalp all the way from Turkey.

► Brne (Melodic Deep)
As part of the Illicit collective and designer at Melodic Deep, Brne comes all the way from Dublin to represent their local scene.
