Ernest & Frank join Davide Squillace’s label This And That Lab following a previous release on Deeperfect Records. With close ties to the Ibiza scene, the duo host a show on Ibiza Global Radio where they play an eclectic mix of house and techno.
Taking their influence from the classic sounds of Chicago and Detroit while mixing in key elements from the modern styles prevalent on Ibiza, they have a unique fusion that culminates in a jacking style filled with percussive energy.

Tilted the “Rubicant EP”, their new release has loopy grooves and a stripped-back style that lets the rhythm of the drums lead the tracks, then use distinctive vocal samples to give each cut a vibrant personality.
Raising the roof, the two original tracks perfectly match the trademark style of label owner Davide Squillace, and there is also a remix from Argy who is famed for his work on Crosstown Rebels, Rebirth and Cocoon.
We have been lucky enough to premiere the original mix of “Single Malt” that got a hip hop vide, and hypnotic groove perfect for the dancefloor.
