He goes by the moniker ‘Raised with tapes’ and made a damn fine mix: ‘Say nice things about Detroit’. Bart Claessens as he goes by his real name is a great talent pushing his limits. We know him for years now and we can tell he’s been busy and keeping levels high for himself. Another project of his and a friend, called Pyramid IV, can be found on Soundcloud.
Last month he started his project ‘Raised with tapes‘ and sets himself a goal of 6 mixes, each month one. His mission: bring soulful house and techno to the masses. His first mix ‘Say nice things about Detroit’ is all about that.
One hour and twenty one minutes of deep, warm and soulful house music with a Detroit edge.
