Some collaborations feel inevitable. When German producer Mollono.Bass and vocalist MAZ’N first shared a stage at the 3000Grad Festival, and something clicked that went beyond a single performance. Surrounded by the festival’s unique blend of community, nature, and artistic freedom, the seed of a new project was planted. That project is now called WOODKIN.

Their debut EP captures the essence of that encounter. “Blinded” moves with a rolling, organic pulse, balancing finely crafted electronic textures with the warmth and vulnerability of MAZ’N’s voice. It’s a track that speaks to both the dancefloor and the inner world of the listener.
On the other side, “Light Me Up” leans into peak-time energy without losing its human core. Layer by layer, it builds momentum until it breaks into full release — the kind of track that feels at once communal and deeply personal.
WOODKIN is more than a collaboration; it’s a reflection of the ethos that 3000Grad has embodied for years: music as a space of connection, authenticity, and shared emotion. Their EP is a modest but meaningful beginning, offering a glimpse of what happens when electronic music refuses to choose between power and tenderness.
