The show features various styles within the spectrum of underground dance music, with tracks often making their debut. The Sessions connect with listeners in the way closest to a live set length.

Instead of a short format, the sessions focus on 3 hours and 33 minutes long DJ sets where artists can express their creativity through a wide range of music. The world’s edgiest DJanes, such as Giorgia Angiuli, Anja Schneider, and Britta Arnold, among others, make Flow’s Divine Feminine playlist, and the 333 segment of the sessions is specialized for the Aussie heroes such as Anthony Pappa, Retza, and Carina Lawrence.

Also, another part of the sessions highlights the live performances of electronic music, with performers who play musical instruments and sing in a rather band-like manner, such as Kult Kyss.

In July 2022, the series expanded to Flow Fusion Sessions 2022, presenting DJ sets from a Fusion Festival with Sarah Wild, Deer Jade, Bebetta, and many others.
