Mastermind Compilation: a work by students

Robert Babicz is an international electronic music producer with more than 20 years of experience. He’s also a respected mastering engineer and the owner of RB mastering studio in Cologne.

In his masterclass, Robert shares secrets of his particular creative mastering sound. These techniques are based on some non-traditional methods and years of experience. He teaches you techniques you can also practice just with your favourite plugins and analog emulations.

Now, Robert Babicz, owner of the Babicstyle record label, announces the release of a stunning new compilation featuring 25 tracks from the Mastermind Group. This incredible collection showcases various genres within the techno spectrum, with each track crafted by a talented newcomer.

The Mastermind Group is a community of techno enthusiasts and producers, all working together to develop their skills and push the boundaries of electronic music. Robert Babicz has been a key mentor to many of these artists, providing invaluable guidance and support throughout their creative journeys.

One of these students is the German DJ & producer Sofian. His musical style represents the modern techno and house genre. He already played as support alongside acts like Sven Väth,  Len Faki, Monika Kruse, Gregor Tresher and many more. He has been releasing music on different labels like Tronic and Phobiq Recordings.

Sofian will have his latest track “Digital” included in the Mastermind Compilation Volume 1, which will be available at Babiczstyle. The track showcases Sofian’s unique style and features a hypnotic sound that is characteristic of Babicz’s trademark style. With a groovy 303 baseline and energetic vocals, “Digital” is a trippy track that is sure to captivate listeners.
