Panos Z returns to DIRIDIM with ‘Veyra’

Greek producer Panos Z makes a strong return to David Morales’ DIRIDIM label with ‘Veyra’. Having started out in the Athens scene in the late ’90s, Panos Z has steadily evolved as a producer since 2018, with a growing catalogue on labels such as Feel Hype Black, Fishtone Records, and Excusez. ‘Veyra’ is a sublime slice of melodic electronica that blurs the lines between progressive house and deeper, late-night vibes. Anchored by a tightly engineered groove, peppered with detailed percussive work, the track slowly unfolds through delicate synth phrasing and a subtly hypnotic vocal. David Morales steps in with a remix that expands the original into something more cinematic. Layered with sweeping strings, fluid bass movement, and well-placed synths, his version leans into emotive territory while retaining full throttle on the club settings whilst giving a nod to his longstanding Red Zone aesthetic, modernised.
