Some questions for Pat Siaz

Where are you from and what do you find inspirational about where youโ€™re living?
I am from Cyprus, a small island in the Mediterranean, where people mostly listen to Greek music and pop music, which for me was my inspiration because I wanted to be different. I could not listen to this kind of stuff, so I decided to expand my horizons into production to get in touch with the electronic music scene. ๐Ÿ™‚

Describe yourself in three words.
Down to earth

Where does your passion for electronic music come from?
My passion for music comes from way back, 1999 to be precise. That’s the year I first got into electronic music and there hasn’t been a way out thus far!

How has your music been influenced by other artists, musicians, or life in general?
I was always into electronic music, listening to a lot of different stuff through the years, various artists who of course influenced my musical taste as well as my productions.

What can we expect from the mix you made us?
The mix is an expression of my taste, melodic, dreamy, ethereal, atmospheric where you can sit close your eyes and listen. ๐Ÿ™‚

I have lots of gigs and great releases coming up this year in some of the best progressive house labels such as Sound Avenue, Soundteller, Suffused Music, Juicebox Music …
