King Street Sounds Celebrates its 2000th Release with Sonic Soul Orchestra & Mishell Ivon Collab

King Street Sounds, the legendary US house music imprint, has hit a monumental milestone with the release of its 2000th track. Known for its deep legacy in shaping house music, the label’s catalogue spans decades, featuring a roster of iconic names like Danny Tenaglia, Masters at Work, Blaze, Ultra Naté, Barbara Tucker, Dennis Ferrer, Kerri Chandler, and Ananda Project, alongside fresh faces constantly pushing the boundaries of the genre. Armada Music acquired King Street Sounds back in 2019 as they continue to maintain the spirit of this much loved label whilst pushing it forward.

For their landmark 2000th release, King Street enlists the dynamic duo of Sonic Soul Orchestra (SSO) and Mishell Ivon. Together, they deliver a double-sider that embodies the joyful energy and uplifting soul that has defined the label for years. The A-side, ‘Stomp Your Feet’, is an instant crowd-pleaser, blending classic disco house grooves with a modern twist. Mishell Ivon’s powerful, emotive vocals elevate the track, making it an irresistible dance floor treat! On the flip, ‘One Love’ ’follows suit with its irresistible energy, continuing the feel-good vibes and uniting the party with its infectious rhythm.
