“Granular is very connected to what’s going on around us right now. The world feels unsettled, and we’re constantly exposed to digital noise, bad news and information overload. It affects us, and sometimes it feels like we’re just passengers, with no real control over what’s happening.
This song reflects how my mind sometimes feels, fragmented into bits of information, that sense of living in a world where everything moves so fast it becomes overwhelming and hard to process, to the point where we almost disconnect from it. There’s a certain heaviness in that.
But at the same time, even if we can’t control the bigger picture, we can still choose how we experience it.”

The artwork for Granular features a stunning aerial image of an outer reef, captured by Australian photographer Brooke Pyke. Australia is home to the Great Barrier Reef, the world’s largest coral reef system, which supports more than 1,500 species of fish and 400 species of coral. In alignment with this visual narrative, the Australian Marine Conservation Society continues its vital work protecting the country’s oceans and marine life—campaigning against overfishing, reducing plastic pollution, and safeguarding threatened species and habitats.
