You are based in Kiev. How is the nightlife scene over there?
I live in Kiev for almost 8 years now, and I can say we have a good representation of the electronic music scene there. Every weekend we have great artists from Europe, USA, the Middle East playing here. And we had a first Boiler Room event last month.

Tell us about what makes that place special for you?
Kiev is a very special city, I’m very proud of Ukrainian talented people and projects they do. Of course, I’m talking about art, but we have a lot of IT geeks, video producers, photographers etc.. Also, Kiev is a very beautiful city!

What have been the main influences that got you started with electronic music?
I’m a music addict since I was 2 years old. And for me, it’s like my small (big) world. So I prefer to produce electronic music because of a lot of opportunities in the creative process. You can be a drummer, bass player, melody guy, mixing and mastering engineer at the same time. I very much like this concept – you create something in your studio and give it to people on a dance floor.

How has your music been influenced by other artists, musicians, or life in general?
Generally, my music gives me a lot of inspiration and motivation to make the first step in sound production for young people. Also, my friends are trying to produce with my mentoring.

How would you describe your sound and style?
“Search and try”. My sound is changing from release to release, I’m trying to fit in some different styles, something between elegance and punchy.

What is one thing or more things that would make your musical career more successful?
1. Good production
2. Networking

What does is near future holding for you?
A new remix of my friend, Indieveed, his track. It will be out in December. I am also preparing a new melodic techno release, some afro-house tracks. After that, I will start to work on a new mini album.
